Postpartum Sitz Bath is a tea made for new mamas who need extra special healing and attention to those tender areas after giving birth.

Use two ounces per half gallon of water. Add herbs to the water and bring to a boil. Cover, turn off the heat, and let steep for 30 minutes or longer. Strain well to ensure there is no plant material or particles in the liquid. Fill a bathtub up with enough water to comfortably cover the tender areas. Add the steeped and strained sitz bath decoction directly to a bath.
Sit in the bath for 20 minutes or more twice per day, for as many days as desired. We recommend three to five days of sitz baths after childbirth to aid healing and help tighten up the tender and inflamed tissues.
